For our Print on Demand Merch:

Processing Time: 2-5 Business Days to make your product.

Shipping Delivery: 3-6 Business Days (To the United States & Canada). Will take a little longer if your based outside of these 2 countries.


Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • Please be aware that sometimes, your orders may be shipped seperately if you order more than one product or category. We will always try to ship them togethor of course 99.99% of the time, but in the rare case/situation, you will get 2 different tracking numbers to let you know about your order status.
  • If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. In such cases, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Time Frame (For All Other Products in our Store)

  • Our standard shipping time frame for most countries is 8-12 business days. !!! FREE SHIPPING !!!
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and unforeseen circumstances, such as customs delays or carrier issues. We are not responsible for delays caused by these factors.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 1-2 business days for the tracking details to update.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on your location and order size, which in this case is Free Shipping. Any applicable taxes, customs duties, or fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at the time of checkout. Hawk Tuah VIP is not responsible for shipments sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Hawk Tuah VIP is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Delays and Lost Packages
